March 7,8,9 - CarQuest Motorsports Expo NY State Fairgrounds. Each year the annual pre-season karting meeting is held during Carquest, on Sunday. Meeting time is 1 PM. Check at the Oswego Karting booth to find the location.
March 21,22 - Indoor Kart Race NYS Fairgrounds
May 11 - First race at Oswego!
December TBA - Oswego Karting Banquet, location TBA
December TBA - Indoor Kart Race NYS Fairgrounds
There are four race series on this schedule:
Summer Series at Oswego (19 races)
Valley Challenge Series at Oswego and Avon (4 races, two at each track, counts towards Summer Series)
Cherry Valley - Oswego Challenge (4 races, two at each track, counts towards Summer Series)
WKA Northeast Sprint Series (Regional) (5 races, does not count towards Summer Series)
Generally speaking, the track opens around 8.30 AM. Registration and inspection from 9 AM to 11 AM. Two rounds of practice. The driver's meeting will be held around 11.15 AM. Races begin immediately after the driver's meeting. All these times are approximate.

The race format is a 10-lap heat race and a 15-lap feature (for juniors these are 8 and 10 laps).

VALLEY CHALLENGE SERIES [TENTATIVE!]
June 8 (Avon), July 27 (Oswego), August 10 (Oswego), Sept 17 (Avon)
  • Rules: WKA Gold Cup, WKA Manufacturers Cup and WKA Manufacturers Cup West.
  • Any Avon (GVKC) or Oswego legal tire.
  • All eligible racers receive awards
  • Must race 3 of 4 races to be eligible; 3 of 4 races will count toward points
  • Racing rain or shine
  • Each class generates money for that class (the more people in a class the more money/awards for that class)
  • At Avon we run Avon's format, at Oswego we run Oswego's format
  • Valley Challenge Series races count towards Oswego Summer Series awards
CHERRY VALLEY - OSWEGO CHALLENGE SERIES [TENTATIVE!]
June 28 (Cherry Valley), June 29 (Oswego), July 12 (Cherry Valley), July 13 (Oswego)
  • Rules: TBA.
  • Any Cherry Valley or Oswego legal tire.
  • All eligible racers receive awards
  • Must race 3 of 4 races to be eligible; 3 of 4 races will count toward points
  • Racing rain or shine
  • Each class generates money for that class (the more people in a class the more money/awards for that class)
  • At Cherry Valley we run Cherry Valley's format, at Oswego we run Oswego's format
  • CVOS races count towards Oswego Summer Series awards
