Take I-481 north. At Fulton, 481 goes from an interstate to a 2-lane state highway. Go through Fulton, continue north to Oswego.

From the North (Watertown, Pulaski, Adams)

Take I-81 south. Take Exit 34 to Route 104 West, follow 104 west to Oswego
